Vada it is very special only one crispy snacks for the in Tamilian it has many medicinal ingredients such as jeera  rice etc 

Deserts:  payasam : it is a sweet putting in Tamil Nadu it is a one of the famous desert in Tamil Nadu this is served after the main dishes it is very sweet to eat 

Kesari: Kesari is also one of the best sweet ever in Tamil Nadu it is very attractive in colour to eat it has a variety of colour such as yellow orange saffron etc
